There is this new site called JingIt. You watch 30 sec to 1 min ads and get paid a fair amount to watch each ad. Sometimes when you come up on a new ad they have you answer a few SUPER QUICK questions. And then your on your way to the next ad.
Currently they are in a transition period to make the service even better but it’s still a way to earn some money none the less. I at least get a cup of coffee a week out of doing this.
