I’ve had the UPS My Choice service now since before Thanksgiving and I can say it is nice to always know when I will have a package arrive.

I don’t need the Tracking Number before hand or anything. As soon as UPS sees they have a package with my name in the system, I get an emailed alert telling me the Tracking Number, who has sent it and when I should expect it. If there is ever a delay you will get an email by the end of the day letting you know.

You also have the option if you know you will not be home the day they say it will be delivered, you can go into your account and request the package to be delivered elsewhere, hold off till a certain day or even have it left at UPS for pick-up.
All of this BEFORE it has even had an attempted delivery.

When signing up be sure to give an accurate name, address and email address so the service works to your advantage.
