They occasionally include a manufacturer coupon on these sheets and it does not have that wording of Redeem At Festival Foods or Redeemable At Festival Foods on them. It features the logo that is it.
I personally have never had Publix refuse to accept these coupons. Stores that have added the verbiage of not accepting coupons with other stores mentioned of course will not take these, so its always a YMMV situation.
