If you have never ventured into Podcasts for more than recordings of radio shows, or perhaps your church’s sermons, man are you in for a treat. A quick search for workout music will lead you to quite a selection, however I found the PodRunner series to be the best to listen to, to keep you at the pace you wish to keep yourself at. I know when I go for a walk I end up walking a faster pace then my back can handle and then I am in all sorts of pain, which then leads to my tendinitis in my ankles killing me. If I can get myself waling at the right pace though, a lot of these aches and pains become more manageable and I can get through a decent walk without feeling like I am dying. In my search for PodRunner again I also see that that have an app for that so the app is also linked below.
