Plant City you have a new Neighbor – Here is your new Winn-Dixie

As you have been seeing I’ve been telling you about the fact that Sweetbay is now Winn-Dixie. I have lived in Winter Haven ever since I got into couponing and shopping around different stores in this area, I never did get the opportunity to visit a Sweetbay. We never had one in Winter Haven and the ones in Lakeland were too much of a drive for me.

Since I was invited to tell you guys about the changes though I was also invited to go visit the Plant City location at 205 Alexander St, Plant City, FL that recently underwent changes to become Winn Dixie. As someone who had never visited this store previously I have to say I was super impressed with this location even compared to our local Winn-Dixie locations.

The Store was very clean, well stocked, and just even the cosmetic detail of the store was so very much nicer and I can only hope that Winn-Dixie strives to update the look of all their stores to look like this location. The fact that the Meat Department has cuts behind glass to look at on top of what is already packaged was a great touch.

The employees were super friendly and cheered me on with my savings that I got this day.

Lots of Winn-Dixie’s are fairly large, but the Plant City location was a charming size, and have made use of the space very nicely without anything feeling cramped.

Remember Plant City there is a new name in town, but all the same familiar faces and friendly folks.
