You have 2 options of stores. Walgreens currently has these pens for $0.49 with a coupon in their sales flyer  for this week.  However good luck at finding them in stock LOL, feel free to grab a rain check though.

Your next best option if you want to make sure you have them for when your kids go back to school.

Go to Wal-Mart, tell them you want to Price Match Walgreens sales price this week on them. Remember no need for the sales flyer and if they ask for it point to the pretty red and yellow sign at their register. 

And I mention this because the coupon limits it to 3 and you can be guaranteed Wal-Mart will hold you to that if you bring in the ad.
